A Stone’s Throw I

Two parking cones in an empty lot

Taken within a stone’s throw from my old apartment in Rogers Park, Chicago. These photographs of the mundane present a sense of solitude and balance in the midst of road noise and sirens. To photograph these scenes was an act of seeking relief from the over-stimulation of my busy surroundings and more often than not, busy mind.
